The almonds encounter the pervading aromas of oranges, lemons and cedrats and the sweetness of sugar and honey, according to some antique recipes revisited and reinterpreted by the best Sicilian pastry chefs.

Observe the love for tradition and the attention to details directing all aspects of our work.

You will feel on your skin the warm caress of the breeze blowing over our silky and turquoise sea and our smaller islands, which are embedded like gems with bright colours, recalling the green citrus trees, the white pumice-stones, the fiery red volcanoes and the black hardened lava.
